Shipping and returns Roadrunner converters ships over 97% of all orders on the day received. Roadrunner normally ships UPS Ground. However, expedited shipments can be made at buyers expense. All damage claims are to be made directly with the freight company. All returns must be in original condition and returned freight prepaid. Returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Warranty Roadrunner converters warrants that any torque converter sold by roadrunner will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months under normal use. Roadrunner converters sole obligation during this warranty period shall be to repair or replace at no charge to the consumer. Under no circumstance will Roadrunner ever be liable for towing, oil, rental car or labor. Condition of this warranty requires that customer must return alleged defect to Roadrunner converters freight prepaid and with copy of original invoice. This warranty does not apply to unsatisfactory performance, which attributed in whole or part to any factor other than defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is null and void if repair or replacement is required because of improper installation, abuse, accident or any cause other than intended use for which the product was designed. This warranty will be null and void if product has been dismantled, altered or repaired by anyone other than Roadrunner converters. This warranty expressly does not cover loss or injury from the use of this product. |
